For more than 25 years, Kevin’s high-end design and build firm, Civic Construction was known for its market leading designs, optimisation and use of space, and a strategic approach to gaining planning permission. Moving this niche expertise over to land owners and investors in property development was a natural and inevitable progression that has resulted in numerous awards and a market leading position.

This housing needs to respond on a proportionate scale to local needs and the ongoing evolution in lifestyle and land use. Kevin provides the all-important link between investors seeking lucrative returns and land owners looking to capitalise on their assets. This is achieved by maximising the value of the land, achieving an optimised scheme through planning permission in many times challenging locations to deliver developments that deliver for all stakeholders, enhance communities and offer a real return on investment.

Since 2016, Kevin has been a Board Member of the Property Entrepreneur Board. It’s an exclusive group of award-winning and market-leading property development experts and specialists looking to share and enhance their expertise, professional and personal development, and fundraising for charity.

Kevin’s primary business interest is, unsurprisingly, property development, with well over a hundred construction projects behind him, a property portfolio of his own, and a keen interest in mentoring the next generation of developers. He also has a broader interest in wealth creation, in the form of SASS pensions, directors’ ISAs, stocks and shares.

Kevin is a partner at Founthill Ltd and the owner of Mosaic New Homes, two property development vehicles established to finance and build new homes and carry out commercial to residential developments. During and since his time as managing director of Civic Design & Build, he became a qualified AAT Level 4 Accounts Technician and gained his Post Graduate Certificate in project management.

As well as winning Property Investor of the Year at the Property Investors Awards in 2016 and again in 2019, Kevin won a Houzz Best of Design award in 2017. He has also won awards within the Property Entrepreneur Board, including fundraiser of the year as part of The Board’s latest £75,000 charity fundraising cycle.
